21.10.2021 Drooms AG, Europe’s leading provider of secure cloud solutions, has acquired a stake in DocEstate GmbH.

JP Rechtsanwälte, led by partner Dr Jens-Peter Eickhoff, advised the founders and shareholders Christoph Schmidt, Jerome Sprinkmeier and Jona Sprinkmeier on Drooms AG’s investment.

DocEstate GmbH was founded by Christoph Schmidt and Jerome Sprinkmeier in 2019 and enables users to digitally apply for official documents from public administration, building authorities and public offices. For Drooms AG, this is the first investment in a PropTech company.
