10 Jun Dr Peter Henssen, Julius Hansen and Robin Rohrmann sell Pacemakers Digital Ventures to eTribes Connect with JP Rechtsanwälte

08/06/2021 The Hamburg-based eTribes Connect GmbH, which specialises in digital transformation processes, has acquired 100% of the shares in the corporate venture builder Pacemakers Digital Ventures GmbH, based in Berlin.

JP Rechtsanwälte, led by partner Dr Jens-Peter Eickhoff, advised the sellers Dr Peter Henssen, Julius Hansen and Robin Rohrmann on the sale of their shares.

Pacemakers Digital Ventures GmbH was founded in 2019 by Dr Peter Henssen, Julius Hansen and Robin Rohrmann and has since been on an impressive growth trajectory. In the meantime, Pacemakers Digital Ventures GmbH has successfully implemented its methodologies for building new digital business models in a large number of individual projects.
