04/03/2021 Müller Textil Group, based in Wiehl, Germany, has acquired a majority stake in Ames Disto Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., based in Izmir, Turkey.

JP Rechtsanwälte, under the lead of partner Dr Jens-Peter Eickhoff and in cooperation with BM Law Firm, Istanbul, Turkey, advised the Müller Textil Group as acquirer in the cross-border transaction.

The Müller Textil Group is a globally active family business and manufacturer and developer of high-quality technical textiles. The group’s product range includes three-dimensional spacer fabrics, 3D textiles, laminating materials and spacers.
